Full disclosure, I'm a a real estate agent who hangs his license at Keller Williams Realty Little Rock. That said, I respect MY business and reputation as a top notch agent enough to only work work with a team that is solid. The staff (and agents) at KW are professional, timely and on point. 5 stars or I wouldn't have partnered with them for the last 3 years.

This review is more about Claire Brown, than it is Keller Williams as a company, but since they do employ her, she does reflect upon them. This all started today. My wife and I were getting ready to close on our house at 4 pm. Apparently the couple that is buying our house are currently in a custody dispute. The opposing lawyer, Jack Wagner, began harassing my wife and I incessantly around 1 pm. We ignored all calls and texts, but he was trying to convince us that we could not close on our house with that couple due to legal issues they were having. By the way, the couple knew about none of this. Legal issues or not, the reason for this negative post is this; due to us ignoring all calls he contacted Claire Brown, and got her to pretend she was interested in our house that we were in the process of closing on. My wife replied that we were under contract and closing in it that day. Claire Brown then contacted the lawyer, Jack Wagner to let him know that we were still closing and that we were responding to her texts. Immediately after my wife replied to her, the harassing lawyer Jack Wagner began texting again and wanted to know why we weren't replying to him. Not only was Claire misrepresenting herself, but she was involving herself in someone else's legal dispute, while not having anything to do with the house being sold. Not only is her actions reprehensible and unprofessional, they are probably unethical. She will be reported to her superiors at Keller Williams, and the owners, as well as the Arkansas Realtors Association.
