My fiancé and I were looking for a home at the beginning of March.Our lease was up and we were currently living month to month so finding a new home as soon as possible was ideal. We viewed homes on Mike Rushin's reality website. We came across a home we were very interested in renting we drove to the location and viewed only the outside of the home . We then proceeded to Mike Rushins office . We met Mike and completed our application right there in his office and paid the applications fees. Mike seemed very adamant about us renting the home and requested us To email or fax proof of income such as check stubs and W-2s .he assured us he would give us a viewing of the home the very next day .we immideately collected all forms of income and documents required as well as extra documents showing more proof of qualification.we sent all documents/personal info to Mike Rushins email.We called the following day and could not speak with him so left a message with his secretary. I called the next day and i spoke to Mike and asked him about us viewing the home and about our application . He completely ignored my request to view the home and stated that he had not even began to process our application. My fiancé called a few days later and he said the same thing that he had not started our application and still refused to show the inside of the home. He sounded very preoccupied and almost annoyed by us simply following up on the agreement we had made days earlier in his office. In the span of well over two weeks we called about every other day asking to speak with Mike . We left several messages with his secretary and never once received a call back. Finally going on three weeks I emailed Mike Rushin and again asking if he had gotten the chance to process our application yet and if we could have a viewing of the home soon. Between all this time we had to look and search for other properties with multiple other companies that processed our application in a timely manner and let us view the home independently before even paying the application fee. Our first real response that came from Mike Rushin after all this time was an e-mail that said he wasn't sure if we qualified and that he checked with one of the employers listed on the application and stated that we were no longer employed there and basically our application was false.if Mike would have looked more than glanced at our application he would have realized that the employer listed was a former employer and was actually meant to be a very good reference and show great work ethic. He was very neglectful and unprofessional .he did not keep his word on anything and as soon as he felt bothered by us he grasped at straws to find a reason to deny us. After 3 weeks he called one number off our application and called the wrong one. I would have appreciated it way more if he would have just told us the truth that he was to busy and didn't have the time to fool with our application .it may just be a job to Mike .however to my fiancé and I we were desperately looking for a new place to call home and were more than qualified and respectful. I don't know Mike personally. But I do not feel as tho he takes the time out to fulfill small obligations.he did not treat us with common courtesy and failed to have mutual respect for potential clients. I would not recommend Mike Rushin unless you know him personally then maybe he will follow through . If your just a hard working younger couple trying to find a home I would steer clear of Mike Rushin. He will waste your time and treat you like you don't matter.

Don't expect timely repairs for properties on distress.
