I have been living at a Twillie Realty Inc property for a year. Myself, and my husband hate their services.. Please do not rent a home from these people.. It's hard to get in contact with them when something is broken.. They don't return phone calls. They patch the homes together. They have nasty, nonchalant attitudes when we have an issue. We have an issue with animals getting underneath the house. We've left messages, and no phone calls have been returned. Spend your rent money someplace else. They are not worthy of your business!!!!
Twillie Realty has excellent staff who truly have a heart for its clients and customers. They put all of their efforts into making sure everyone is happy and satisfied in their homes. They go above and beyond to meet the needs of their clients and customers. The broker/property manager is very knowledgeable, professional, and has trained her staff members very well about the property management business. If you are looking for quality customer service, fairness, and honesty, Twillie Realty is your best option!
Was possibly looking into renting out some of my houses through them. When I called I had to go through a terrible phone tree, and never got to talk to an actual person. Not getting my business. Would put less than one star if I could.
