Great customer service and very patient and knowledgeable staff.
Owner was extremely rude to both customers and employees. We started to leave after the first comment he made to the older lady working bc it was entirely uncalled for. That behavior continued and carried over to the customer. He then began to shout that the shoe was sold out worldwide...funny since I left his store, went to my car, and ordered the exact shoe in the correct color and size desired in less than 3 min. Absolutely ridiculous!
Great experience. Sales lady was super helpful and answered all my questions. She helped me find just the right style, brand, and fit. They carry a lot more than just Birks. Left with a great pair of shoes!
