The best finish line ever..... Omg sales and great customer service
I went today to go get the new retro 12's and these two men were holding shoes for their friends and family.i saw employees putting the shoes in their car and then coming back in and saying they didn't have anymore.This was very disrespectful and not good customer service.This is the worst finish line I have ever been to.
Scammed me on a FREE Sports Illustrated trial. Well not so FREE I was charged 24.95 for the subscription & there is no way I would have said yes to a FREE Sports Illustrated magazine. I'm not into sports! Only way they got my CC# was because I bought a pair on Tennis Shoes there. I have gone round & round & finally got a hold of someone from Sports Illustrated magazine company that cancelled this for me & informed me there is another magazine that I would be charged for & I told her I don't want that subscription either & to please cancel it. I'm supposed to receive my credit within 7 to 10 days, so we will see. I will NOT EVER buy from Finish Line again. I'm warning others to be aware nothing is FREE.
