Their regular shirts, though quite lovely, still come with a price tag a bit rich for a top but the pants will always be worth every penny!

Lulu is known for being pricy but worth it.. I go here when I wish to spoil myself. The attendants are not too helpful unless you appear to have money and I think they should share their true opinions on how the products wear rather than saying what they think would convince the customer to make a purchase. They are good about answering questions but don't offer much more beyond that. I understand it is retail but with the high dollar amount you spend on a single item, one expects better customer service. The second shift attendants seem to have better soft skills than the dayshift whom spends more time joking with each other instead of being attentive to consumers. In all fairness, I have gone in and received great customer service in the past.. I think they sometimes forget that every customer matters as building relationships are important in high dollar retail.
Hannah was great, she helped me with everything I needed. I will definitely be returning!
The manager there is extremely rude and not helpful and the workers there obviously people watch and follow innocent people around who aren't stealing.
I enjoy shopping here only because of the quality of clothing and clean store and they do free hemming.
