My initial contact with this company was a phone call to inquire about service work for a power chair I was considering purchasing online. I spoke with a very helpful young man named Robert and found that this company also sold the particular chair I was interested in and it was cheaper to purchase through them than online. I gave it some thought, called Robert back the next week and he placed the order. The chair arrived in less than a week and I went to pick it up. Robert was very professional, courteous and pleasant to do business with. He showed me how everything worked on the chair and gave me all the information I needed to operate and care for it. He even loaded it into my truck and secured it for me. I am very impressed with the service that I have received and will definitely do business with this company again.
At first I believe there was some misunderstandings on both sides. My niece took over and met with Robert. He was very nice and helpful. He explain in details what was needed for my father to get a wheelchair. I got the phone call this week he will be getting a wheelchair. Thanks you Robert for your help.

If you feel like you're not welcome, trust your gut. I felt unwelcome and it felt bad because I had fresh surgery and was overwhelmed. Can be a cold experience. It may be that others are welcomed. That's lovely. I didn't feel that way and chose to go elsewhere. I felt taken care of and treated as an equal elsewhere!
