WARNING dont use this place if you care about your precious items.We moved here from out of state with a suggestion from one of her local friends to choose this particular storage which his friend managed. Of the many places you could choose we still went with the suggestion although it was nowhere close to where we lived. Shortly after we moved in the door fell off the hinges. That took some time to get fixed which scares you your belongings arent protected. And when we picked up our items last month, the roof had leaked and molded or warped our furniture and our bedding. My son was sad his wall puctures were bowed. Thats hard to deal with after you move your kids from family and friends. We brought this to the immediate attention of the manager of which we have never gotten ever a return phone call. And even worse we were told that the manager knew about it the whole time that this was an issue with the leakage. We aren't the only ones. How terrible they share the owner knows and does nothing. This isn't a bad Lawn Service issue or someone forgetting something out of your McDonald's bag. This is my kids pictures, expensive bedding and now very expensive mattresses to replace. I might as well left them outside they would have saved us the same amount of money as paying for that expensive storage. And being such a good friend to our friend who suggested him, he isn't even taking care of the issue when he had a nice referral from a friend. Well I would no longer call him a friend nor should he be in this business if I lose out for the monthly rent. Go to any of the other well taken care of self storages you have a choice
