I just took my son and his bow back in for re-tuning and not only did they get his bow setup perfectly, they helped him with his "form" afterwards. They love helping kids with this sport. After about an hour in their range, my son was tired, but excited by the improvements he had made thanks to their help. The tips and help they provided are priceless.

I bought my bow and my son's bow here a few years ago. I was completely new to archery and they patiently explained what my options were. I got setup with a Hoyt and I have loved it ever since.

I cannot imagine anyone being less than completely satisfied. They're going to tell you like it is and won't lead you astray. That's their years of first-hand, practical, and professional experience. If you're willing to listen to them, they're a goldmine of information and they'll help! You simply cannot beat these people.

I called the shop from Olive Branch, MS. Looking for a Hoyt Turbo bow. This one guy I talked too was super helpful, nice and originally couldn’t find anything I wanted but then took the time to look in the back and found the bow I wanted. I called again yesterday and told them I was coming Friday to get it. The drive is almost 4 hours so I wanted to know everything they would set up for free and everything I had to pay for. I asked how much D-loop is and they told me. I wondered if they would give me some Because I’m spending 1k on their bow but no. that’s fine. Then I asked if they would paper tune it? He said “ahh I don’t know I just depends on what kind of MOOD the boss is in.” I said how much is it if he isn’t in a good “mood”. $35. He said “he might not charge you but I can’t promise anything.” I said “yeah well I’m driving almost 4 hours so I need to know.” He then says yes I understand but It just depends on his mood. Guess what mood that idiot would have been in after I drove 4 hours and paid 1k on their bow? The bow was sold. I mean I was on the way to get it and these guys screwed it. They might know more than the average citizen in their town but they are not experts. This guy said “paper tuning doesn’t matter it’s about your grip.” Wow. What a doofus. If you know anything about archery you know this bow shop sounds cheap and only worried about making every single cent off of you. But the bow sold itself and the proshop guys changed my mind completely. I called DNW outdoors (Jonesboro), because I’ve delt with them before and they gave me an amazing deal on a bow because they can afford to go out of the way for a customer. They understand if your spending a thousand dollars (+) you should get tuned up every which way possible. I ended up getting a better bow for a better deal and they tuned it all perfect. Call around before you go to this back wood store. You can find a better shop with the same bows, and more knowledgeable prostaff.

We had a problem with our crossbow, so we went straight to Archer's Advantage. The owner was there and greeted us as we walked in, took a look at the bow and fixed it within 5 minutes. The people at Archer's Advantage are clearly skilled in their craft and went above and beyond to address our questions. We will definitely be returning to Archer's Advantage in the future.

If you are thinking about getting started in archery, or are already shooting, this is the place for you. They aren't in this to just "make a buck"; they are truly interested in helping people get into and enjoy archery. They're ethical, courteous, trustworthy, and genuinely good people. The owner and staff are some of the nicest people I've ever met.

Customer service is great depending on who you get. I had a great first experience and received a lot of help. Learned a lot in the hour I was there . Would gladly have given 5 stars except for my initial wait to receive any service. After that received help from several different people who help me adjust peep sight, check arrows, draw length and helped me sight in , spent $35 total for professional help and an hour of range time and an arm guard. Will definitely be back for all my archery needs.

Super nice folks. Extremely knowledge. It was my first visit and they were very helpful in making sure I purchased the correct arrows for my situation. I also learned how to properly check carbon arrows for signs of impending accidents. They seemed happy to welcome someone new to the store as well as the sport. I actually purchased some carbon arrows that were on sale cheaper than the clearance ones at WM lol and ten times better quality. They're prices are very fair and some items I saw were cheaper there than at discount stores and a better quality brand. It's very evident that safety is priority number one. I'm very impressed with the company and I see why they've been here 25 years
