On the pricy side of things in regards to cat food, but on par with petsmart and petsense on other items.
Clean store that is easy to navigate.
This is a perfectly fine Petco. The only complaint I have is that there is usually only one person working the register. That would be fine, except that it is the manager, who is frequently the only employee and engaged in other tasks like helping old ladies put large bags of pet food in their cars. It just creates a frustrating five or ten minute wait that doesn't have to be so. Other than that, same old Petco.
To young Ms. Beth, cashier #22... your customer service saved a regular customer for your "whole company" yesterday dear... thankx much!!!! never go to the petco in NLR..... EVER...
We just used their do it yourself self dog wash for my dog's bath and had a great experience. The staff was knowledgeable and caring and prepared the washing station and helped us pick the best shampoo. They recommended a great palm balm for my dog's paws which had been very dry from the cold weather and walking on gravel. They patiently waited for us to finish right before closing time and were very sweet to my dog. She now looks and smells great. Great experience and will go back.
Best place to get your dog groomed and for all your pet needs. I love this place and Bentley does too.
