Friendly, provided me with information that I asked. I felt like they took a real interest and to how my dog was doing. Willing to go the extra mile to find out or answer questions I asked.
My vet since the mid 80's whenever I've lived in LR and in the years in between moves...we actually scheduled our cat's yearly checkups once a year to coincide with visits back to my parent's (we're military) and as soon as we moved back permanently, of course, we came right back! Dr Miller & staff have always been so kind, caring & compassionate - and since I started going here at age 12, & I'm now 44, I think that says VOLUMES!
The staff here is just wonderful! They are kind and caring! I recently had to put my dog to sleep and they made the experience as easy and painless as possible. I've never had a problem getting an appointment and their facility is nice and well kept.
Only way they could improve would be to treat humans too. I just love everyone at Otter Creek Animal Hospital.
