I love the donuts here but the only reason I am giving 3 stars is the customer service... I get it, you are busy but at least acknowledge the presence and say something like we will be there with you shortly. The customer before me were given their order and then I was just standing there for 10-15 minutes. Nobody bothered to show up or say something.
LOVE the donuts but customer service was awful. My order was screwed up. Some of the donuts I didn’t order.
We went this morning to get 2.5 dozen of original and chocolate donuts this morning. Thought it would be quicker to go through the drive-thru.
I was very late for my meeting that is left early for to get the donuts.
Got them hot. Service providers were very pleasant.
The staff weren't rude, but they were extremely slow and didn't even have the supplies they needed at the window to fully check us out.
I was terribly wrong, but once I realized it, we were stuck in line. We waited for over 25 minutes in that line with only about 3 cars ahead of us.
It's gotten a lot better in the last year or so. For a while they didn't keep the front case stocked, you had to ask if they had a specific type of donut available, which most times they didn't, and they stopped handing out the free hot donut when you walked in. While the last bit hasn't changed unfortunately, they now keep the case stocked with more of the popular donuts, but you still have to ask about some flavors. The iced coffee is way too sweet for my taste, but plain black is good. Wish they'd give out the free ones again.
Not sure the donuts were worth all the trouble.
