Climate permitting, there is outside seating. Often overly sunny and hot, at dinner time, during the summer months. Wooden slat, cafe tables are difficult to keep clean. Burgers are excellent - maybe best in the area. Portions are generous. Fries are delicious.
I'm sorry, I really hate giving a business a low rating but I've given this place a chance twice and on both occasions I found tiny bones in my burger. The customer service was good and all but the food, I don't know what it is. A lot of people seem to like this place but I don't get it. I may try the one in midtown and see if I have the same experience. It may be a branch thing?
When you walk in you are greeted with freindly staff that will seat you. Once in your seat you realize that your in a really neat joint! The server always has a smile and the food is always good! Best cheese dip in town. The names real neat but the location is better. You can just go outside and it's got one neat Shoppes round it.
