The problem I have is with the beer on tap// locally brewed beer. There is no list on a menu for draft beer or pricings. I specifically asked our waitress the price. I was given a price of $2.00 less than the price it was. She actually stated **It's 5 or 6 $.**
Well the first thing I noticed upon trying to enter the establishment was that the right side of the double doors was locked. On an early Saturday night. My group thought the place might be closed until I suggested the other door, which was open. So we meandered in, pulling a few tables together. A few minutes later our waitress came to serve us. Ten minutes later, our beers arrived. (There were only three.) The next time we saw her, our beer glasses were already dry, and one of the group ordered nachos along with another round of beers. I went outside to smoke a cigarette. Well after that was completed, (approximately 15 minutes) the nachos arrive with our beers. The place was sparsely populated, due to the fact that the main door for entering was locked. We witnessed at least three groups of "whoo hoo" girls, ready to party, push on the locked side, shrug, and move on. Which was disappointing, as I am single and would've loved the challenge. So there's no reason for twenty minute intervals between the times when the server graced us with her presence. The service sucked, the beers were costly as gold, and the nachos were a disgusting pile of chips with cheap canned cheese sauce atop. If you're ever in little rock and feel like checking out the downtown night life, pass this place on by. If you insist on entering, check the wrong door. It's probably open.
On tap craft beer is $7.50 She informed us of this while serving us our 2nd beer. She gave us a $4 credit on our bill but that didn't cover the overcharging of 4 beers.
This would not happen if draft beers were on a beer list!! OR at least more knowledgeable wait staff.

We have been to Big Whiskey numerous times. The food is hit and miss but the service is usually pretty good and we love the area. Hence the 1 star.
On Big Whiskey website, draft beers are priced at $4 to $5. The website needs updated. This is False advertisement!!
Sat in the patio area and received no service for about 15 minutes. I had to physically go get someone to serve us. The table had drinks from the previous patrons. She did not get the old drinks until I said something, again. She never wiped the table off. I asked for lemon, didn't receive it. I got my food about ten minutes before the other person did. There was no bread when she finally receieved her food. The food was good, service was beyond horrible though. It wouldn't have been as bad if her attitude was good, but the entire time she acted like she did not want to help us.
I don't know what happened but I ordered the American cheeseburger and fries and when I got it everything tasted old. I mean like it had been sitting there a few days or something. I will not be recommending it to anyone.
