I loved this place. The beds were beyond comfortable for my husband and I and the bartender that made our drinks did amazing for trying to close up! We stayed for a Ron White event and their FREE shuttle service was the icing on the cake! This will be the only hotel I use in Little Rock! (Unless kids convince me to find one with and indoor pool) ha. (Stayed in April 2017)
Honestly, I'm not sure how this remains an IHG property. Check-in took about 20 minutes and the gentleman at the front desk talked to us like we were his "Bros" (f word and all). Got to the room and was excited to see a newly remodeled room, but then realized it had not been cleaned in some time. Hair and crumbs in the bed, mold in the bathroom, etc. Could be a great hotel, but unfortunately it fell way short.
Holiday Inn presidential in Little Rock Arkansas was amazing! As soon as you pull in you don't think that there's anywhere to park, but don't worry there's a parking structure underneath the hotel. It's very well lit and it's very clean. When you get up to the lobby to check in every one of the staff members that I interacted with through my 3-day State we're absolutely amazing! I got some great recommendations for food(Flying Fish was the best). When I got to my room(215) it was extremely clean, it almost spelled like aloe. I didn't end up eating at their restaurant(Camp David), but I did use the 24-hour exercise room, it didn't have a lot but it did have a couple ellipticals, treadmills, stationary bike, and free weights. Overall I would definitely say that this is a great Hotel and the cost is unbeatable just a couple blocks from the river this place is great! If I travel back to Little Rock for work or pleasure I will definitely try to stay here.
The hotel is nice. Front desk is professional and courteous. It's generally clean but the room cleaning services team gets sloppy. Been here for over two weeks and been requesting my room get cleaned after 3 consecutive days if requesting, it gets cleaned but my bed is poorly laid and the carpet is not cleaned. Food crumps are left laying around the room for days and the cleaners come in to lay the bed and change my towels.
I was just passing through on my way home from a long trip. Had to stop for the night and got a great king bed. It was quite soft and spacious, in fact, my wife and our two little kids all slept in it pretty comfortably. The rooms and much of the hotel looks like it was recently remodeled. Rooms in particular felt very fresh and the staff was very helpful.
