I went in to pick up somethings I had on hold but they had made a mistake and put it on hold for someone else. I was a little frustrated since I drove from Conway but it wasn't a big deal. The reason I'm leaving a bad review is because the girl who checked me out (employee number EN) was extremely rude for no reason dispite my attempts to be nice. I have shopped at platto's for years and have not had any issues at other branches. This is the first and last time I will shop at this one.
Loved this place but wasn't very good for plus size Ladies.
This was the first time here and I heard they offered plus size clothing but when I went in the selection for 16 or higher was extremely limited to a handful of clothing.
Went in with 3 large bags of new items still with the tags on and some very gently used stuff. Everything was folded neatly and if not new had been dry cleaned. From high end designer pieces to things from Target and H&M, they bought nothing... While I waited for them to go through my stuff, I walked around and was not impressed. If you're looking to sell, don't take your things here! Good place for cheap stuff in mediocre condition. Not sure what they are looking for but their website with selling information is very misleading. To top it off my unwanted clothes were just shoved into a bag...
