Worst ever!!! Yes the girls are very polite, however once we started to look for underwear. It was like a bomb exploded in the drawers. No order to the drawers. Every size in each drawer no organization what so ever. A costumer shouldn't be told to just dig for what they want. I ask for help. But they told me that I had to dig for what I wanted. I wanted to purchase about $200.00 of merchandise but didn't feel like I had to dig for what I wanted. So I drove to north Little Rock.
If I could give ZERO stars, that's what I'd give! I called & was on hold for 19 mins & 47 secs! Seriously?!? Horrible service!

Worst Victoria's Secret ever!! No one offered to help me. The two employees I did see talked with each the entire time and never asked if I needed help. They are out of a lot of sizes and very disorganized. Very disappointing compared to my Victoria's Secret experience in Dallas, TX.
Very rude store manager threatened to put her earpiece on my 2 years old daughter's ear so "she could hear the super loud beep coming from the fitting rooms every time she pushed the button." I won't be going back, ever. The other lady helping us find what we needed was super nice and helpful, but we ended up not buying there.
