I am a disabled combat veteran. I recently had a wood chipper stolen from my carport--I hadn't even had the chance to use it yet. While calling around to various pawn shops asking if any had been turned in, or whether or not I could get a phone call if one *were* pawned, Pawnderosa is the only company from Benton to Conway who refused to even call me if they got one in. I spoke with a manager who told me, point blank, that they would *not* call me if they got a large, red, Craftsman 3-in-one chipper in their store at any time. They were more concerned with protecting the hypothetical person who sold a wood chipper to them than a disabled United States Army vet who had his wood chipper stolen--from right in front of my house--while I was at work. I never once asked them to provide me with the name of the individual who (again, it must be stated *hypothetically in the future*) may sell them a chipper--only that I be given the opportunity to look at it and see whether or not it was, in fact, mine. The. Only. Company. Who. Refused. To. Do. That. Shame on them.
