We will NEVER buy anything else from a Zales ever again.
They sent his brushed white gold band in for rhodium plating instead of the brushed treatment that it requires!!! When my husband understandably got upset, when he went to pick it up, the sales associate 'helping him' called him a liar and didn't back down until he showed them what his ring was supposed to look like...a darker grey from the brushed texture, instead of a shiny, smooth white gold surface.
When my husband and I purchased our wedding bands here, we also purchased the lifetime protection/care plan, as our bands are white gold, and it seems like a great deal. When we took them in for the treatment, mine came back in two weeks, perfect...but my husband's band was unrecognizable!
No professionalism... do not possess a keen sense of knowledge about jewelry.....
3. be sympathetic/apologetic when your business/sales associates makes a mistake
Every sales associate at the Zales in Park Plaza that has helped me and my husband has been pretty rude, doubtful that everything we say is true.(In what world is treating a customer like a liar a good thing?)

Best Zales around. They have the largest selection and the absolute nicest people.
This Zales location doesn't even deserve 1-star. A rating of zero would be more accurate.
They agreed to send it back to attempt to fix it, but when it came in after two weeks, THEY DID RHODIUM PLATING AGAIN!!! At this point, the ring has been gone for the third attempt for 4 weeks, totaling 8 weeks of it being in the hands of Zales. Hopefully they can fix it, instead of replacing it.
