Glad we found this hotel - it made a difficult situation less stressful. Great place to stay!

The hotel is very nice and the staff is VERY accommodating. The rooms are clean and the beds are super comfortable. Very nice hotel, I always stay there when I'm in Little Rock.
Very spacious hotel. I asked for a place on second floor by elevator which was good placement. Very quiet. No fridge or microwave in the rooms but washer and dryer were free to use.
Highly commend the staff at the Crowne Plaza. From the moment I arrived Christy was very professional and helpful to me and my family. She went over and beyond to help us. We were in Little Rock for a sick family member in a nearby hospital. They were accommodating and kind to my family. Tommy was a great listener and showed compassion which is a rare quality these days. The rooms were nice, cleaned and well maintained.
After calling the customer service line to make sure my credit card wouldn’t be charged I was told the person I dealt with was a new part time employee. Why would you put a new part time employee to handle customer by themselves in the first place. That IMO is just a poor managerial decision.
This was a nice hotel. I've been to many establishments around the world and this one was better than I had expected. Not only was the bed comfortable, but quiet and clean. It was such a nice experience that I'll be returning.
Never have I had issues with my resevations in the 10+ years I’ve been traveling until I came to this hotel. When I came to check in (9:30PM) I was told no reservation existed and this was after I had given my last name and my confirmation number. I even showed him my reservation on my phone and still he insisted I had no reservation on file. Not one apology heard nor did he even care. So i decided to just go ahead and book a king room they had available. When I asked what types of king rooms they had he said one with a sofa and a king bed. Are you F€%#king kidding me?!?! After a long day at work this was the last thing I needed to deal with. Decided to stay at the RESIDENCE INN HOTEL downtown.
