I arrived with a bereaved party kind of late. We were quickly and courteously checked into our rooms and notified the rest of our party had arrived. The lobby was bright and inviting. The hallways leading to our first floor rooms were well maintained, all the glass, carpet, and fixtures were clean. The fitness center and vending/laundry area were clearly labelled.
This hotel was immaculate, inside and out. Has an extremely hospitable staff lead by an out standing general manager. Room was very comfortable and everything was in perfect working order. Laundry equipment worked flawlessly as well as all the appliances in the building
We arrived at the first of our two rooms. I admit I'm a bit of a difficult guest but found my accommodations to be bright and appealing. After a walk through I was assured that beyond the surface, the housekeeping staff helped keep the rooms well. The same was true for our second night.
Firstly, the "dishes" they provided include chipped everything and pots with no handles - they had broken off. Good luck getting any of the following: clean room, replacement kitchenware, any sort of customer service, properly working appliances, full replacement towels, full replacement sheets, and a flea-free room. I'm beyond disappointed my company has chosen this fleabag motel, and I'm stuck here until the end. Oh, forgot to mention the occasional needle you'll find in the parking lot, that's always a thrill...
As I mentioned I also work the hotel industry and so I'm a stickler for many details. Your staff and property served to satisfy each of those minute details that I look for. Thank you and would definitely stay again!
STAY AWAY!!! This hotel if you want to call it that was the worst hotel I've ever seen. It really deserves no stars. I wasn't looking for anything luxurious or upscale but I wanted a quality and clean room for my short stay.I saw a few pictures and reviews and decided to book 2 rooms online. BIG MISTAKE!! Upon arrival, the first room I entered the smell was very musky. I went further in the room to check the beds and I just couldn't believe my eyes. There was lot's of hair in the beds, pee like stains on the sheets, completely stained pillows, mold in the bathroom, roach in the toilet, ripped and stained towels, and the list could go on and on. I immediately ran out of there and got my money back. Please don't waste your time or money here. MANAGEMENT/OWNERS NEEDS TO TAKE A SERIOUS LOOK AT THIS HOTEL!!
Stay away! This place is full of Backpage prostitutes and drug dealing. I know for a fact I'm from this area. Management is terrible. Been trying to contact the manager Rebecca for two weeks and finally she has another supervisor call me because I assume she is just not qualified to completely do her job. Would really like to speak to someone at the corporate office. But please stay away. I'm not kidding about the prostitutes.
