For a chain restaurant, the food is pretty good-- although I recall the bread sticks being sinfully buttery-delicious when I was a kid, not so much now. Which is fine; why fill up on bread? Service can be spotty, but having said that, the servers have been awesome the last two times I've gone. I was spared the gimmicky table computer this time, which was a relief-- there's a time and place for technology, but maybe not when I'm trying to civilize my heathen children with a calm, well-ordered family meal.
Excellent and Quick Service. Staff and our Waiter was Friendly and Very Helpful!! Food was absolutely delicious!!! Highly Recommend and look forward to going back soon!!
The waitress was very nice and helpful, although seemed a busy and stressed, even though it was early on a Wednesday evening and they didn't seem very busy. It just seems that all the food tastes about the same, no matter what you order. There are plenty of entrees to choose from, but no sides to pick. When you order a menu item you basically get a big plate of one thing. Hard to mix and match what you might like or want. It is a bit on the expensive side, but overall a good experience. We went to celebrate my daughter-in-law's birthday and they did give her a free dessert.
One issue with this Olive Garden is that the food is very inconsistent. At times, the food will seem fresh and delicious. Other times, it simply isn't and you can clearly tell. My luck has been good with lunches more than dinners. Even then, sometimes I will get a small lasanga, sometimes big. I don't know who decides the portion. Today it was large and good. Don't know if I'll get the same another day! But when it's done right, it's great!
I've been to this Olive Garden on a few different occasions. The food has always been good and the service has been friendly. Everything was clean and everyone had a great time.
