Very nice staff. Food is always fresh. Love it.
Went to this location for a late meal and was greeted with blatant rudeness from an apparently disgruntled employee at the drive thru. I drove off without completing my order. I wouldn't touch food prepared by someone who spoke to me the way this person did. On other occasions employees at this location have acted mildly inconvenienced by my patronage but tonight was a whole new level. Won't be eating at this location again, may just pass on Slim's in general from now on.
FANTASTIC SERVICE! Good service is usually hard to find, but not here. Walked in with family during lunch and they had a superstar working. He greeted us, smiled, took our order, was bussing tables, running food, answering the phone,and wrapping up to-go food for walk-ins. He was on top of it. He did all this with a terrifc attitude and never missed a beat greeting customers as they walked through the door . He came around to the tables to check on people. He was awesome! Just to prove it, I don't write reviews but felt compelled to write this one. Oh and the food was great too. : )
I love the slims chicken on Markham but this one on Cantrell is only so so. I always seem to have problem. Missing something on my order or something cold like my fries or chicken. Also Cajun seem better at Markham location too, it's always to thick at Cantrell.
Cold food and slow service at this location. I was surprised and disappointed as the one near the Chenal area has never been anything but a pleasant experience from the moment you walked in the door to the moment you leave. The staff are friendly, courteous, prompt and the food has always been good.
