Extraordinary service and food. They really care that you are happy. They want your business. WINNING
The food here is chain food, so while it is not extraordinary, it's good and consistent. The problem I have every time I come is the service. I put in a to-go order online to bring to a friend who just had surgery. The website promised it would be ready by 11:37 am. I arrived at 11:42. I then had to wait 20 minutes for the food. I don't think they even started my order till after I arrived. A man who was there when I got there had called in his order. When he arrived, they had no record of it whatsoever, so he had to reorder everything and he was still waiting by the time I left. Staff was nice enough, but they need to get it together.
We go here 2-3 times a week. The service is awesome, the food is made to order, servers always take care of us. Kristie works over in the bar side and that's where we sit each time because we like to socialize during our lunch hour. She knows what we want as soon as we walk in and makes sure we have a great lunch. The manager that is there during lunch is always out talking to guests and making sure everyone is happy. He also helps out when someone needs help, whether it's hosting, serving or cleaning tables. I would refer anyone to give it a try and see for yourself!!
Just ate lunch there today and the food was awesome! Managers were very nice and we’re walking by the tables greeting everyone! Food was hot and tasted great! Server Kristie was excellent as well. Definitely will be back soon!
Big Shout Out to MY Sweet, courteous, fast, super attentive, and just plain fabulous waitress ERIN!!!!! SHE gave ME and MY family the service I've had in a long long time!!! Even though we came towards the end of her shift, she still gave us the best, most friendly service ever!!! If you ever go to On the Border in Little Rock, AR, ask for MY girl ERIN!!!! She'll make you very happy that you did, and don't forget to TIP for the service and the food!!!!!
