My mother ordered a cake for my college graduation party, which was a big event. We ordered the cake with the specifications of she wanted it to say Congratulations and so on as well have the logo of the college I graduated from on the cake. The cake itself was very tasty, but when I went to pick up the cake it was just a big logo! It didn't seem like it was a graduation cake; it just looked like a cake that would be served at my school. They make a good cake, but when it comes to decorating and listening to what the customer wants in how it gets decorated is another thing.
