Very poor experience. My breaks stopped working and I took my car in. They told me there was nothing wrong with my breaks. I had to take my car to the dealership (the breaks were NOT working) and they told me my master cylinder was dead. They fixed it and my car was like new.
It's a real pleasure to do business with people that make your problem their problem. Im always greeted quickly and my info taken. Im always in and out in a flash when I've replaced tires or had my oil changed. I've been a customer since the doors opened and I've kept coming back. SATISFIED
I went here at the recommendation of my mechanic. They replaced a tire on my van and double stacked the balancing weights so when I went to rotate the tires when I was changing the brakes, the wheel with the new tire wouldn't fit over there front caliper. Took it back and they rebalanced the wheel but didn't tighten the lug nuts. I drive about 30-40 miles directly to my house then to the mechanic's. By then 2 of the lug nuts were missing, including my locking lug. When I took the van back for an alignment, they did replace the lugs with cheap generic lugs. Then they told me they couldn't do the alignment because the tie rods were bad (true) and that the front wheel bearing was bad (was replaced the day before by my mechanic). They quoted me $600 for the tie rods (just the parts), they cost $100. They also quoted $1800 to replace the struts on my van. I gave them multiple chances but every time I went there they messed something up and their prices for anything more than basic tire/alignment are really high. The guys behind the counter where always really professional, which is why I gave them so many tries. I know mistakes happen and they always made things right, it's just annoying to have to drive the 30 miles each way 3 times to get a wheel replaced and balanced with all the lungs installed.

It is extremely unprofessional to dismiss a problem and try to tell a customer that everything is fine. Driving with non-functional breaks is dangerous and it does not take a mechanic to tell that breaks are not working properly. Never going back there.
