Talked to the manager David and he assured me that the work of his company was top notch and that they place value in the work that they do.. I got my entire car scratched treated or so I thought.. I looked at my car and it was not done the way the said it.. Called him about my concern.. Came back up to the shop to get the problem fixed... Instead i received a nasty don't give a damn attitude.. Wasted my time and my money! I am really pissed. Because if you cash the check listen to the concern of the customer! Sick of companies like this!
I had my car detailed recently and felt like I had a new car! They were so very thorough and detailed oriented. I also like the community support, I found them through their support of my child's school.

Awful! Took my car to get my chrome pieces dipped in matte. They told me it would be done in 3 days instead they had it for 8 days and when I went to pick it up the paint was shiny, not matte how I wanted it. My Cadillac symbol on the back didn't match the one on the front, "Cadillac" lettering was broken, there was sticky stuff all over the sides and back of my car. THEN they tried to charge me to redo THEIR mistake! Had my car back for 5 days and told them to give me an exact time I'd be without my car while they fixed it. They promised me 8 days. By the time I took my car in the paint they just did had already chipped in about 10 places. I STILL don't have my car back and each day there's a new excuse. I've had to pay hundreds in rental cars and do you think they've offered to take care of that? No! Do NOT take your car here. I've spent so much money on HORRIBLE service!!!!!! Never again!!!!!!
Please read the reviews. This place will have you coming out worse than you went in. I'm not sure how they are still in business.
I will only take my car to Showroom Ready! They did an amazing job cleaning my dirty car. My nephew wrote his name with a black Sharpie on my cloth seats and they got that out too! The people are professional and I received great customer service!
