The Tech named West was super nice and thorough. The Asst. Manager was rude and not reasonable. My iPhone 7 has a manufacture defect. It is 23 days outside of the warranty. There is no water damage and no damage to the phone at all. The tech was able to verify that. He also said he has seen this problem before. Worst Apple store ever! Don’t expect they know more than you do! Staff there definitely need some training! They have no idea what they’re doing!

Made the hourlong drive & even got there a bit early. I was told someone would be with me shortly so I sat and waited. Plenty of employees where there & a few seemed to be just hanging out. At about 4:30 someone finally saw me. My phone has a slight bend that is most likely the root of the problem. Was told that they covered bent iPhone 6’s but that the 7’s were “made of sturdier stuff“. I don’t know if the 6’s are made out of cardboard or what but apparently they need to find something even sturdier. I haven’t sat on the phone or anything & always leave its case on it. Was told I could pay $340 for a replacement that may be new, or may be refurbished. I’m not spending another dime at this store. I bought one of the original iMacs in the late ‘90s, still have a 60Gb 5th generation iPod that works fine & my family & I have many iPhones. After this BS looks like my Apple days are over.

Loyal Apple products user here since the early 2000’s! Recent I went in with an issue with my iPhone and received excellent service from Phil! He was extremely helpful and very personable! I here / see so many people complaining about the techs and staff at Apple and vowing to switch to Android...... but I don’t remember seeing any android repair stores locally here offering same down repair service! But hey what do I know I am and will always be a loyal Apple customer! Great store! Knowledgeable staff!

Great service. What other company has a free place to come trouble shoot their products? Good stuff.

Have a problem with my iPhone 7 Plus. Everywhere locally (AT&T Store, Best Buy, local repair shop) told me it should be covered under manufacturer warranty. Called Apple and explained my problem in great detail & was told they would replace it so long as there was no water damage, which there was not. I made an appointment for 3:40.
