I recently had a custom horn installed on my F350 PU truck. I brought a box of parts and asked Auto Audio if they could install it for me. They gave me a great price and I had them install it. This is one of the most professional installations I've seen. I am extremely pleased with this installation. Everything is tight and secure and well placed.
Went in to figure out why my sound was choppy and cutting out when I turned up volume. Was told I needed to change radio out. I did. No problems on that end cause I wanted to change it anyway. The problem was that he told me it would only take an hour. I got there at around 1230pm but didn't leave til after 4pm. I was charged over $600.00 for the JVC KW-R920BTS and the hourly fee but didn't get speakers. I'm disappointed that they charged me more for spending way more time on the job than promised.
The first trip the service guys had to stay late to finish without complaint to ensure it was all finished and I could drive home. I called next day with 2 complaints. I was gracious and so were they. Asked me to come back up.... 2 hours drive so I made it in a couple weeks. They Had my complaint written down and completely fixed the issues I had. So I decided to have my subs installed. Couldn't be happier. This is a case of you get what you pay for and treat people the way you want to be treated... I'll definitely be back with my side by side.
Over the years I have had a remote start installed and my windows tinted. I came here because these people have a reputation for doing professional work and standing behind it. They exceeded my expectations in both cases. Several weeks after the window tint was applied I did have a problem. The tint began to peel on one window corner. I called, scheduled an appointment and the problem was immediately resolved. The quality of their merchandise and the staff's product knowledge is exceptional. I wouldn't go elsewhere.
