There was a mix up on the Apple care that was purchased for my Apple Watch from another store. Justin worked with me and together he and his manager solved the problem. He then went back the Apple Store with me and stayed there until my problem was resolved. This man went above and beyond and it is very much appreciated!!!!!
When we entered the store there was a lady that said “we will be with you in a moment”. We started walking around the store and there were a total of 5 employees, that we could see, 2 with customers 3 standing around taking to each other and playing on their phones. After 15 minutes I went out to the car to get my drink, came back on and there was a lady with my husband. She was incredibly rude and had the worse attitude I’ve ever experienced from a customer service associate. Every time we asked a question her answer was “I don’t know”. She told us they did not provide the service we were requesting and that we needed to call the 800#. We explained we already called the 800# for assistance and they told us to come into THIS store, that they would have the item we are needing for our internet. She said she didn’t know why because they didn’t have anything to do with internet. So I asked why did they tell us to come here and she, again got an attitude, and said “I don’t know why they told you to come her, we can’t help you”. She continuously told us they didn’t have what we were needing and then went to talk to her manager. She went to the back and came back with a box. I asked what she had and she said it was the item, after arguing with us for five minutes, getting an attitude and being absolutely rude. She told me the price, didn’t give me a chance to say anything back and immediately said “So you want it?”, again with an attitude. Customer service from ATT is the main reasons we moved our cell phones to Verizon. The ONLY reason we still have internet with ATT is because they are the only provide that has service where we live. I highly advise against visiting ATT:

Worst customer service from a sales associate ever . Spent all day frustrated just to have chambra talk back with an attitude. Thanks to Maurice for taking over and preventing any further damage. AT&T looses a record from a purchase and all we got was an attitude.

Talked with store manager that said it's nothing she can do. She said she would make sure to call me back after she talked to her manager because she is going on vacation but I never did receive that call back. I even tried to call her back that same day. No response.

My grandmother and I signed up for new service with Direct TV and we were promised a $100.00 Visa card after 3 months of service. Never received it so I followed up with customer services that said promotional had expired. I am out of the window of availability to activate the visa gift card. I stated to her again the we never received it so how could we activate it.
