Employees were rude. I felt potty of place while they flirted with young female customers. No offer for help switching data to the new phone I was picking up. They tried to have me cancel my service to sign up again to get a better deal that I got online. Disappointed. I will go to one further away to not feel like a bother to the employees!
They was helpful and nice. They also help me got into another phone easily. So glad I went to them

Service is ok. Sometimes they get very busy but other than that no problems so far
Today I went to the Sprint store because my daughter's phone was broken. We don't live in Little Rock, so I was worried that fixing the phone would have to wait. Mario was the tech who took care of us and he was great! He was efficient, friendly, and went above and beyond for us. He easily diagnosed the issue, fixed the issue, and then made space on my daughter's phone so that it would run more quickly. THANK YOU Mr. Mario for the great experience at the Sprint store today - totally made my day!
