These guys rock! Customer service is incredible! Karnell is the man! We bought beds and furniture for 4 rooms and one of the bed frame sets had a wrong part. Karnell was awesome and after work personally brought a replacement! Gotta check these guys out!
Most horrible experience ever I paid a few dollars for them to hold my sofa and loveseat well I call up there two weeks later when I moved into my apartment to be sure that they had it in stock before I came up there and paid it off because I do not live in town and I had to get a truck! The salesperson was rushing me off the phone while reiterating he had it in stock! My delivery crew (that I had to pay for also btw)arrives and learn the sofa loveseat was not in stock! So to accommodate me they were offering that I exchange it for something for equal or lesser value! Which was an absolute joke the options I had! I just decided to get something better and pay the difference... I've had this couch for about 3 months now and the quality is pure trash!! Honestly you get what you pay for please don't waste your money with these scam artists !
