The associates working were very friendly and helpful, however we purchased a stove that was supposed to be in perfect working condition , we drove home got rid of our old cook stove ,unloaded and set up the new cook stove ,the oven didn't work.so then we had to wait all weekend to meet a repairman with the stove 25 miles away and drop it off, we had to do without a stove at all for a week, our old stoves cooktop worked at least but we got rid of it .so microwave food for a solid week.not happy with whatever policy they have .I understand scratch and dent items but we still spent quite a bit.

I absolutely love this store!! My husband and I bought a washer and dryer recently and I'm not the kind of woman that goes around bragging about my appliances but I tell everyone about mine. We got quality merchandise at some amazing prices. The staff was knowledgeable but not pushy, the financing was easy and we were offered several options. They are competitive with the big box stores yet locally owned. We will make all of our future purchases from them.
