These people do not return calls, lie and are completely undependable ! Please do not use these people you will regret it.
I wish I could give a lower score. Besides the fact that you have to constantly call them and make sure they keep up with what they promise. They are very timely with the bill. And don't mind adding on more stuff to fix the issues they forgot about or tell you they can do then change their mind. Also be prepared to wait months for your cabinets to be completely installed.
We bought our flooring from this company. They are competent and we'll informed on the product. There was a simple and easy forma for financing and it was all completed within minutes. The flooring is the best I've ever owned. Easy to care for and we are as pleased today as we were the day it was laid. I had to go back and buy 2 additional boxes (just to have extra) and although Don didn't have it there, he called another place, worked it out quickly, nd I was on my way. In construction and remodel,sometimes it's hard for we novices to understand delays and situations, but in the end, it's the result that we will love with in years to come. This company was very professional with us and we have plans to use them as we continue to remodel our home.
We waited 5 months for our bathroom countertop, and backsplash. We had to eventually do our own backsplash because they took forever. They wouldn't call back and we went by their office many times. They didn't give us the granite countertops we had picked out. And brought out a bathroom countertop that was faded and didn't even fit. We have talked our issues out. Hopefully if anyone decide to use them I hope they do good for ya.
