Horrible customer service!!! Also made additional charges to my credit card I did not authorize. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company because when I went to confront the hotel staff about the charges the manager was conveniently not there. The room smelled and carpet was stained. Overall my stay was not good. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. You definitely get what you pay for.
Don’t try to check-in at 2 PM. They want $25 plus tax for checking in at 2 PM even there are rooms available. Luckily I can cancel my reservation before 3 PM without fees so I cancelled the reservation and went for another hotel. Their price is the same or lower than cheap motel in the area, I guess that tells you something about the hotel.
Nice clean rooms. Friendly staff and good food. And the bar is nice.
My dog and I have stayed here for the length of my contract with a local hospital whicj haa been 2 yrs. The Hotel grounds and surrounding landscape it's nice the location is nice and very convenient for me The staffs great and polite it's nothing I haven't asked for that they haven't bent over backwards to get for me I have no problems with the cleanliness of my room the manager is very nice and engaging.She also is a hit with my dog(she gives him treats!!)
The towels were dirty, gum was used to patch a hole, there was not a free breakfast, the room wasn't fully cleaned, the map for the fire routes was printed backwards, there was no local information in room and I could go on. It was terrible.
