The hotel is located at a major intersection, providing easy access to the interstate. Due to the congested intersection, however, certain entrances to the parking lot are one-way. The hotel is near a shopping mall and a large number of restaurants. Inside the hotel, the foyer is spacious and modern. The business area is adjacent to the front door, placing one's back to foot traffic. There is a bar and a restaurant onsite. The rooms are standard, quality, and clean, and the front desk staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
Stayed at this hotel for 4 days for a wedding. First day there I️ asked the front desk if we could have some extra hangers for our suits and dresses so they wouldn’t get wrinkled. The front desk agent told me she will write my name and room number down and get to me ASAP. We never received them the whole trip. The shower was terrible. The hot and cold weren’t working to reach a comfortable temperature. We either got burned from scolding water or ice cold. Second day we decided to eat at the restaurant. Erma was our waitress and she was not very welcoming. Would not recommend
I loved my stay with my mother at the hotel. It was modern , clean, the front desk employees were very courteous and helpful and I couldn't rave enough about the spacious layouts of the rooms. For a hotel that is right off the highway, this in fact was a great escape. I hope to return and stay there again in the near future. Highly recommend it!
Spent 4 days here, the staff and the whole hotel made me feel like home. The fact everyone is personable and willing to help is amazing for a hotel with over 50 employees. My favorite part of the hotel has to be the lobby. It was renovated very well, and will be returning to this location EVERYTIME I VISIT LITTLE ROCK!
We had a great stay. The hotel shuttle driver was super friendly and took us several places around town. Location was pretty central to everything around town. And the bed was super comfortable, what more could you want in a hotel.
