I go down to the front desk, didn't get an apology for the mess up, but it seemed like she was helping out. Turns out now I have TWO charges for the room pending on my card for a total of over two hundred dollars now and still not sure the problem was taken care of. I would go back and talk to the front desk but they might wind up hitting me for a third charge. I hope this clears quickly but is such a hassle to have that much money held out of my account.
