I would have scored the rating hire, but because of the fact that I had to remind the front desk 5–6 times to put my welcome. Son. Isn't that why they are called welcome points?? They didn't seem like they cared. Customer service is 75% of my review. The rest of the hotel is great, but it's overshadowed by poor customer service. I spend about 8–12 days per month and hotels of which 90% of them are holiday ends. I will probably spend about three less days because of this day. Miracle was my host
Clean, friendly, accommodating staff. Complimemtry breakfast, one of the best, I have had, or maybe it is just that the staff keeps the food items replenished.
Amazing suite. The toiletries are Soo cute, I forgot my make-up remover wipes and they had a few in the bathroom. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable.
I am completely impressed with Holiday Inn Express!!! I stayed in the chain twice recently. I was so impressed, I have signed up for their rewards program and am making this my preferred hotel stay.
