Absolutely great hotel! The hospitality staff is wonderful. They greet you every time they see you. Breakfast is good as well. Only one negative thing is the restaurant Boston's is hit or miss with service, although their food is wonderful. I would stay again the next time I visit Arkansas.
First off the breakfast is not free as the employees make it appear. I went to get breakfast to find that I now owed 12.95. I told the staff that I was under the impression breakfast was free or included in my rate. The manager of the hotel came to my table and cleared up the issue and gave me my breakfast for free. The rooms are nice, the hotel is peaceful, clean, and they accept dogs. Overall this is a good hotel, just make sure breakfast is included in your rate. Don’t be like me eating breakfast and find out that it’s not free!
Layout is unique. Hotel is comfortable. Room was nice, had water and snack. Coffee pods provided for the Keurig. Shower drained well. Individual soaps and hair care products provided. Hotel surrounded by trees, so seemed quiet. 3 min from airport. Restaurant food was good, but server slow and inattentive. Front desk and cleaning staff friendly and helpful.
This is a wonderful Hotel. I stayed here by chance but certainly am glad I did. Love the way every employee greeted you with a smile and a good morning good afternoon or good evening whichever applied. They also periodically checked in on me with text to make sure that all my needs are being met. The Boston restaurant here has phenomenal food the wait staff was great. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.
Only used one of the conference rooms. It was nice and set up nicely. We ate lunch in the restaurant there. It was a bit pricey and the food was not that great. We waited 30 minutes for them to bring out our order and they even forgot to bring out some of it and we had to ask for it. Other than that, it was fine.
