Rooms we're nice and updated, and very comfortable. Had a nice continental breakfast bar with hot and cold items. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable experience. Front desk personnel wer alsy friendly
The rooms here are absolutely filthy. There are "mystery stains" on the furniture, crumbs on the counter, toenail clippings on the floor, used tissue paper on the chair, abundant rust on the metal in the bathroom, and what looks like bite marks on the Wi-Fi information.
We checked in late last night, due to a family member being in the hospital, Issac the night desk clerk went above and beyond to help us and make sure we were taking care of, we are so thankful for the hospitality and caring and genuine attitude of this young man! Our room was great and our expectations were far exceeded! This young man is a genuine asset to this company!
This little hotel is a hidden gem. It's in a very quiet location and the staff were very friendly. The facility was clean and nice, even if a little dated in places. If you pull up a map, you'll there are several bars and restaurants within walking distance, a situation ideal for a weekend getaway when you don't want to drive. I was very impressed with the price point for our stay; I think hidden gem hotels suffer from a lack of highway visibility and you save.
Great staff rooms were amazing stayed here after a show and the whole process was smooth had a late check in and they were able to accommodate with ease. Traveling a lot can be difficult but they made every step a pleasure. The rooms were clean and comfortable will definitely be back the next time I’m in Little Rock
