I have stayed in hundreds of ihg properties. I loved this location. Brilliant gym, plenty of laundry stations, amazing room. Very comfortable and modern. The hotel staff was grand Nikki was the most pleasant lass. I can't wait to go back.
Even though we only spent one night our experience was wonderful. Our check in lady Nicky could not have been nicer and attentive to our needs. The room was clean and kitchen well stocked. After traveling for days it was nice to settle into a comfortable welcoming place.
The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. They went out of their way to help me and make sure I had a pleasant stay. I have never experienced such outstanding customer service. It's a shame I only stayed one night.
The hotel is lovely and my room was cozy and comfortable. I was very disappointed with the breakfast woman who would not allow me to get orange juice at 7:05 am. She rudely said NO. I understood breakfast starts at 7:30, however being a former Staybridge employee in a different state I'm aware that all it takes is a turn of a key to turn the juice on and off. I explained to her that the coffee was too strong and I would rather have a cup of juice. I was in town for a funeral and simply wanted to sit outside and gather my thoughts before the service with a beverage I could enjoy. A little kindness goes a long way. We never know what someone else is going through. It it were not for hotel guest there would be no hotel.
This hotel is absolutely amazing! It's super clean. The staff was awesome! (Nickey you're the best) There was a fire pit, breakfast, easy access to popular stores or restaurants, etc. This is where I'll stay every time I'm in the Little Rock area. There's no pool or hot tub but the work out room is nice! I would give more stars if I could.
