I left with the car I felt best about, and at a price that met my budgetary restrictions. There was not a single moment where I felt uncomfortable or stressed during the entire process, and I owe that to the amazing abilities of Connie Farnam as well as Shawn House, who walked me through financing--he was especially patient and willing to answer my myriad questions. I truly appreciate the way everyone in the dealership treated me and showed an interest in me and my needs rather than viewing me as merely a potential commission.
In short, Connie, Shawn, and everyone at Acura of Little Rock have restored my faith in car dealerships and car salespeople. I cannot give a higher recommendation because they are simply the best.
