FUGGIDABOUDIT! That's not happening. Want that limited edition but they only have a base model? Keep dreaming sucka! Best to try your Luck and Drive to Fayetteville or Memphis Missouri or Louisiana. 5/5 stars for the in and out service, awesome attentiveness, and absolutely no pushy or overbearing sales pitches! Justin S. and DJ were great! I only had a couple of hours under my belt on 11/3 when I went in with my internet financing information to seal the deal on my 2018 Impreza. I honestly didn't expect to get the car the same day but I hoped to be driving it home and they made it happen. Justin had responded to my email to come in but I couldn't make it at the particular time he suggested. I actually showed up unannounced a bit earlier and, although he was busy with another customer, he made it a point to come and introduce himself and hook me up with DJ who assisted me. Throughout my visit and after the test drive with DJ, Justin made sure I was being taken care of and I never felt at all like I was being taken advantage of. I mean, when you're making such a large purchase as this and the sales rep allows you time to read the jargon and paperwork (and answer any questions/concerns) you gotta know that they actually care. I'm so grateful for those two guys and look forward to a lasting and enjoyable relationship with Subaru of LR!

While on our first test drive my wife arrived at the dealership before we came back. She walked up to the door near 4 or 5 salesmen and no one spoke to her. She walked inside the dealership and still after 5 minutes no one approached her. She told me this and I addressed it with Justin and he immediately led us to the manager, Karol. Karol fully listened to our concerns and said he would address the problem in their morning meeting. I appreciated his honesty and acknowledgment of the issue.

We've had mixed experiences with big purchases in the past, but Justin and Karol made it so enjoyable that we are actually looking forward to dealing with them again in the future.

We came back the next day with our family and test drove again. We were all in agreement and felt like we were getting an honest deal, so we purchased the vehicle that night.

Justin and Karol gave us incredible service. Justin was inviting and presented a listening ear for the type of vehicle I wanted. He was never pushy, or confrontational when he offered something I didn't like. He really focused on understanding my needs and trying to find a vehicle that would meet them.

Corey Haydar has made our year! And he did in a big way. I came across Corey's dealership after six months of me car shopping every make, model, and year suv out there. He gave me a price on the Outback that I kinda rolled my eyes at but couldnt take the chance passing up. We drove 2.5 hours to this dealership and got there pretty late. I told the wife to be prepared to walk out if they start back tracking our quote. Not a chance! No hassle and the best experience buying the car we wanted and paying what we wanted. Im pretty sure we were after hours but Corey stayed, gave a thorough feature explanation, 20 minute test drive, and demonstrated safety features. Wish we could do more to bring attention to that dealership. He and Charles went above and beyond to earn this sale. We even requested a stack of Corey's cards to bring back to the tri-state area.

Went to mclarty Nissan of little rock in August and was given the worst customer service and the longest wait, I still bought a car from them. Came to Subaru of little rock Given the best buying experience and quickest I was in and out in a snap. They do a great job and really do care. Also the finance manager was super nice and actually made me feel warm. The finance manager at mclarty Nissan was cold and not welcoming very quiet just wanted my money. Thank you so much Subaru of little rock! Hope to buy more in the future!
