I had a great and professional experience with my Land Rover service specialist, Greg Tipton. I initially had my 2011 LR4 in for oil and filter, with 4-wheel alignment. While servicing auto, a timing chain issue was discovered by Greg and his team. Greg provided loaner auto, contacted and worked with my warranty company....Then delivered the auto fully repaired and serviced days before expected! Greg and Land Rover team are top notch!
Outstanding service and reception! The Service Manager could not have been more professional; he listened carefully to all my questions about the service I wanted and told me about all the computer upgrades available. My vehicle was completed in a timely manner and I was completely satisfied.

The sales staff is great when you are buying, after that you might as well be invisible. I was given the wrong wheel lock keys when I purchased my vehicle. I had a flat and had to have my vehicle towed to LR to Owens Murphy so they could get the wheel off. I was told that they would then send me the key in the mail in 3 to 4 days, that was 10 weeks ago. Repeated messages to the service manager have been left with no response and my husband called our salesman to try to get something done and he too never returned a call. Service is sub par and we wish we would have bought elsewhere.
Two days after the 50,000 mile service, the service light came on indicating that the right rear tire was low. I took it to Austin Brothers, and all four tires were significantly below the recommended psi. They took care of it. However, I expected that to be part of the inspection. Not a complaint. Just FYI.
