He tells my husband that it is 900 to replace a part in the door, or 400 for them to try and fix it but they can’t warranty that work. So if i leave and it breaks immediately that’s just too bad. We ask for a refund for the 140 we paid previously since it clearly wasn’t fixed, and the guy says, “Well it was working when you left.” He referred us to a lady who told us that was just a diagnostic charge, and they couldn’t refund us. So after 11 hours total of them having my car, no return phone calls, and not a single apology for anything, my rear hatch still won’t open.
Just be aware they don’t stand by their work, and they certainly don’t care about return customers.
Spoke to the salesman over the phone a few times before coming. The person at the front was polite as were the gentlemen outside. The salesman was ok at first. But I don't think he was actually listening to me as a customer and what I wanted. He seemed more concerned with getting the paperwork filled out. Which I did, then I waited...waited. and waited until he finally came back with an options for me. Which is not at ALL what I said I wanted over the phone or in person. Turns out...they didn't even have that I was looking for on the lot! The first experience I had with them was great. This past experience was completely lacking. You've been warned.
I am not someone who typically posts negative things about businesses online, but I have had the worst customer experience ever from McLarty Nissan in Little Rock. My rear door won’t open on my 2015 Murano. I took it in November 14th and they say it’s a computer issue and charge me 140 to fix it. Less than 3 weeks later it’s not working again, I take it in today, dropped it off at my appointment at 8:30 this morning. Don’t hear from anyone, after 3 hours I call for follow-up, they say they’ll call me back. I call again an hour and a half later. He says he will have to call me back in 10 minutes after he talks to his tech. An hour after that, my husband calls.
Great experience. Tim Hadley was outstanding. Great service and a genuine care for his customers. Highly recommended.
One of the friendliest dealerships around - everyone was SO nice! Our salesmen, Tomi and Andrew found us the PERFECT car while everyone else made sure we had everything we needed (drinks, etc). The financing staff was GREAT to deal with - my husband loves his new car and I can't wait to buy a new Juke for myself from them! Great prices and selection plus we really appreciate our FAIR trade in for our '99 Oldsmobile. Also, the showroom and lot are very clean; it's a pretty comfortable atmosphere to be making such a big purchase. Thanks McLarty!!
SHADY SERVICE! Do NOT use the service dept. here!! Dealership does not let you know the charges up front & when you go to pick up your car, they surprise you with charges. I was ready to get current car fixed & give to my teenager & purchase a new one since I am very satisfied with the Nissan product. However, I will NOT buy one from McLarty Nissan!! Do not take for service & do not buy. Unfortunately, I had to give one star to start this review but it should read ZERO stars. HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP!
