I have rented from this location over 10+ times over the past 1 1/2 years and I have not had any bad experiences...only 1 time when a car that was cleaned but smelled slightly like smoke...they were more than accommodating to switch me to another rental...the FastBreak program makes it super easy to pick your car up since you bypass the counter and go straight to the Budget booth in the garage

Very friendly staff , I rent with this company often and I must say when I am in need of a vehicle without a online reservation, i am able to contact Alana or Ronald & they go above & beyond to assist me. I would give the experience 5 stars, except when I signed in and hit reserve, the price went from $226 to $289... for no apparent reason. When I called an agent (800 number since I never could reach anyone at the Little Rock Airport location. Nice car, easy drop off, employees helpful and friendly.
We took our time picking the car and staff was friendly and helpful throughout. Got a free upgrade. Drop-off was super-fast and hassle-free.
