It was an awesome experience. Since I'm a member of the Emerald Club I was able to pick my own car. I chose a new chevy impala. Beautiful car. Very very clean inside and out. Every employee that I encountered was extremely helpful and happy. This really helped my mood being gone at Christmas time for 15 days. Wonderful job to everyone!
I reserved a car by phone, using up a free day from my account. When I went to LIT (Little Rock Arkansas) Airport to pick it up, they refused to honor my free day, even though my receipt when I paid said I was using a free day. I called Customer Service and they credited my credit card, but it was an insult and a waste of time the way it went at the airport.
One-way rental from Little Rock to Birmingham. Received a choice of cars when I checked in. Got a better car than expected. No hassles, no issues. Got to Birmingham before they opened, but they had a key drop, so no problems there. A great experience! Would definitely recommend!
There was a line of 6 people when I got to the booth, it would have been nice to use the aisle service to speed up the process. Other than that no complaints with the service or the car. Employees very friendly, car was perfect, and drop off was very fast.
