Going to Hertz and they are able to help me. Will have to all in all pay 80 dollars a day just to use it, but better than leaving my wife stranded in an auto body shop that says they can't fix the car and another place will do it and that it can cost anywhere from 3500 to 5k.
Reserved rental for October 18th at 4pm. My Corporate booking tool stated that the location had limited supply so I called prior to booking to ensure my reservation. The agent assured me there would be no issues so I confirmed the rental. When I got to the location I waited 45 minutes before they finally decided to deliver the car to me after 6pm. I returned the rental on Saturday, October 21st and on Monday realized that they charged my personal card versus my Corporate card even though during the pick up process I gave the agent my ID and Corporate card. Spoke with the manager Nicole several times and she came across as very dismissive letting me know it would take at least 5 business to reverse the charge. I will say the team is very professional and calm under pressure.
Even after telling Nicole, it's fine, I just need a vehicle so I can get to work, she then proceeded to tell me that I should have come yesterday at 3:30 (even though I had no car) because she had a vehicle for me (even though when I called at 3:50 there were no cars). I asked her, if a vehicle was ready for me then why didn't she call me? And why did your rep tell me there were no vehicles? That's when she told me she's "way too busy" to call someone when their vehicle is ready. She is a poor representation of Enterprise and a poor manager to act the way she did in front of her staff.
She also told me I should have come back yesterday (even though she knew I had no vehicle) at 3:30 to pick up the vehicle she was "holding" for me which is funny because when I called at 3:50 I was told there are still no vehicles and that someone would call me back around 5 -5:30...when no one called I called them at 5:50 and no one answered the phone.
Everyone must have sat together in a meeting with State Farm, and all the rent a car agencies along with car repair and figured every possible scenario to have me bend over and take it up the tailpipe.
Wife is driving from Texas to PA and her car broke down. State Farm won't cover the rental like I thought they would since it wasn't an accident (We'll fix that issue later, just want her back on the road) but we can only pay with a debit card so Enterprise now wants 2 up to date bills... ??!!?? I can't rent a car in my name since I am not physically there even if I show 2 bills that are paid up to date.
My employer H & R BLOCK has a national contract with Enterprise and I have been given an upgrade every time I've had to rent a vehicle from them, great customer service and truly adding to my driving pleasure. Loved the 2018 Dodge Charger, but my favorite was the Nissan Armada. Woof, did everything but drive itself.
I have never had an issue with this location until this week. The lack of customer service and flat out disrespect I received from the manager Nicole was almost mind blowing. From her telling me that she's "way too busy" to call me and let me know that the vehicle I had been waiting (24 hrs) on was ready. To her telling me that it's not her fault her staff did not answer the phone when I called the office at 5:50.
My experience was awesome. The customer service representatives that I dealt with during the rental of the car were always nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend the location on Rodney Parham for anyone that needs to rent a car.
Nicole was not apologetic whatsoever. We then waited over 35 extra mins. on another vehicle that was sent to the shop. I didn't say anything about the service, I just let it go, until Nicole decided she wanted to go back and forth with me from across the office after I asked how much longer will it be on the vehicle.
I let it go, I wasn't even bothered by all of that. So we call the next morning at 8:00 and they told us what vehicle they had waiting on us so we arrive at 8:45 only to find out they are giving it away to the man standing in line next to us.
