If you like hide-and-seek, this is the place. Good luck finding someone to check out your merchandise. After finding someone, searched forever, the customer service was atrocious. Won't be back.
I don't understand why people are so upset about customer service. every time I go to this Belk there are always people there ready to help. The deals here are amazing compared to other department stores. Also the men's section is one of the best in any department store I've been to. I mostly go during the weekday after work so that might be why the customer service is a lot better than what people were saying.
Dont fall for the credit card gimmick, you'll regret it!
They are more focused on Jewelry, Labeled Bags/Purses, Children's Clothing, Appliances, Fragrances and Makeup and stepped down Lingerie and Shoes.
At a much higher price of course.
They don't seem too interested in customer service. I had pre-ordered something from cosmetics and needed to cancel the order due to some unforeseen circumstances. The guy at the counter told me he couldn't do it so I asked for someone that could. When he put the phone down to " find a manger", I heard them laughing and joking and the manager told me that it couldn't be cancelled either and "sorry". I'm sorry too, I will pick up my order, but will not pre-order or shop at this store again for that matter. I hate poor customer service.
The Merchandise is not as plentiful as when this Belk's opened..... I am disturbed by the lack of Customer Service and the wait time inline Service reminds me of Penny's!
Great sale and prices. Some employees discussing customers was a little off-putting. They should be more discreet.
If I go in to buy a Popular Brand Named Dress, they no longer carry it!
Until the Buyers start choosing better made Clothing, I refuse to spend more money on lesser made.
