Very stupid management and staff. Selling stuff for 50% discount. When you check out it's not available for 50% because tags are missing. All displayed material have missing tags as they change price frequently. If missing tags are displayed as 50-80% discount not their fault , your fault you picked it. Total waste of time, shopping at fake sale.
My husband and I went to the JCPenney store on Shackleford yesterday to order window blinds for our home. We couldn't find anyone to help us that knew about the custom blinds. I tried to call the window department several times and no one answers the phone and after the phone rings so many times, you get the main menu again and no way to leave a message. If someone could help me, I would appreciate it so much because we have found custom blinds we really like and would want to order them. This is one of the few stores that has a nice display of window coverings but we need help!
Why the f*** does this store not answer the phone!!!? I came in and bought two dolls for my daughter and was charged for 3, tried calling the store because it wasn’t till I made it home and check my receipt that I realized what happened! I have two small kids i can’t just jump back in the car and get it reversed. When I come back though, and I will, I don’t want any bull about how they can’t fix it... so frustrating
How do I begin..... Well. My day/ shopping experience was going well. Until we checked out. The disgruntled cashier took the liberty of SNATCHING THE TAG OFF MY $150 item. Instead of taking the time to properly cut it off. REALLY..... DO BETTER
We found very much And also they have really GOOD deals right now for the Christmas holiday season for example there were these boots for 60$ + tax Which I was able to get for ONLY 15$ Wow! Plus there is a 3$ off Coupon on the JCpenny Website-- Staff is mhh
